1. BOOKINGS – Can be made by Email, Telephone, Fax or Post, and will be confirmed to you the client upon cleared receipt of the deposit.

2. DEPOSIT – A deposit is required of 30% of the total price of the property rental within 7 days of booking.

3. DAMAGE DEPOSIT – Except in the case of normal wear and tear the hirer is responsible for making good of any damage to the property and its contents, this includes excess cleaning (this is someone’s home and must be left clean and tidy), this includes cleaning of BBQs and all rubbish should be removed from the property and disposed of in the local community dustbins. Laundry costs will be charged if caused by wilful damage, negligence or irresponsible behaviour by the occupants or their guests. Any damage should be reported A.S.A.P to us. The cost of repair or replacement must be paid for. A damage deposit of 200.00 GBP should be paid on or before your arrival and will be returned on your departure.

4. FINAL PAYMENT – The balance of rental is to be paid and cleared 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your rental period. If we do not receive the balance by the 7th week prior to rental, we will automatically be entitled to cancel the booking and claim cancellation charges.

5. CANCELLATIONS – All cancellations by the hirer must be made in writing and received by villashopspain no later than 12 weeks prior to the rental period. Then only the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is less than 12 weeks the full payment will be due. We highly recommend that at time of booking you take out personal travel/cancellation insurance.

6. LATE BOOKINGS – Bookings made less than 12 weeks prior to rental period must be accompanied by full payment.

7. INCLUDED IN RENTAL – Water, Electricity, Gas, Pool Maintenance, Bed linen and bathroom towels.

8. NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL – Airport Transfers or any Personal Insurance (we recommend you take out Travel Insurance at time of booking)

9. OCCUPATION – Only the number of persons notified on the booking form may occupy the property and cannot be re-let /sub-let to any other persons, without written consent of the owners.
10. HIRER RESPONSIBILITY – The hirer is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents. The property and all its equipment/ furniture must be left clean and tidy at the end of the rental period. No member of the party must engage in any activity which may cause offence to neighbours or take part in any dangerous activity in or on the property which may endanger themselves or any other person. Please note no equipment belonging to the property must be removed at any time, this includes household towels e.t.c should not be used around the pool or taken to the beach. villashopspain acts as a booking agent on behalf of the owners of the property, and as such, your contract is with the owner, and we do not have any responsibility to compensate you for any personal injury, death, loss or damage of what ever nature suffered by you or any other members of your party, during the period of your stay.

11. KEYS, ARRIVAL and DEPATURE – Detailed instructions for handing over of keys and directions to the Villa will be sent after final payment is received and at least 14 days prior to holiday (Unless last minute booking). The property is available for occupation from 16.00 hrs on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 hrs on the day of departure. Booking periods run from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise stated in writing.

12. INFORMATION – All information provided by villashopspain is given in good faith and reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the accuracy of any statement made, but Onestopvillashop are not liable for any variation however caused.

13. LIABILITY – We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligation is affected by forces of nature, war, threat of war, civil commotion, hostilities, strikes or other industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, acts of god, terrorist activities, closure of airports, seaports, epidemics, weather conditions, government action, power cuts, water cuts or any other events out of our control.

14. AMENDMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS BY VILLASHOPSPAIN – In the unlikely event that a property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered similar or upgraded accommodation or a full refund. If no suitable accommodation can be offered you will receive a full refund of Villa rental cost. The refund is restricted to rental costs and we will not be liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.

15. COMPLAINTS – In the unlikely event you have a complaint about the property or its contents, it must be reported immediately to villashopspain, who will take all reasonable steps to resolve the problem A.S.A.P. villashopspain nor the property owners will have any liability for any complaint lodged after the end of the hire period.

16.  RIGHT OF ACCESS -  villashopspain or their representatives reserve the right of access to the property at any time, with due regard to the convenience of the hirer for inspection of the property or to carry out essential maintenance work.

17. INSURANCE –  PROPERTY HIRE COST DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY PERSONAL INSURANCE COVER OF ANY KIND. IT IS A CONDITION OF BOOKING THAT CANCELATION INSURANCE IS TAKEN OUT AND IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU TAKE OUT PERSONAL, ACCIDENT AND MEDICAL INSURANCE.

18. ALSO YOU SHOULD BE AWARE YOU CAN OBTAIN A FORM E111 FROM A POST OFFICE, WHICH ENTITLES YOU TO EMERGENCY HEALTH CARE IN ANOTHER EU STATE, PLEASE NOTE THIS BY NO MEANS REPLACES ADEQUATE TRAVEL INSURANCE
